Spring Turn On

(if you are not home and we have no access to controller it will be your responsibility to set it)

If you will not be home for the appointment we will need the following:​

Irrigation water main valve needs to be ON (if inside location)

Access to all areas of property

Valve box(s) need to be accessible (clear of debris)

Winterization

(if you are not home and we have no access to controller it will be your responsibility to turn off)

If you will not be home for the appointment we will need the following:​

Irrigation water main needs to be OFF (if inside location)

Access to all areas of property

Valve box(s) need to be accessible (clear of debris)

It is YOUR responsibility to notify us of any hose bibs, pool fills ect that are attached to the sprinkler system and need to be winterized(especially if you are a new customer)

Repairs

Typically we do not need anyone home for repairs. When scheduling your appointment

 

please be detailed regarding the issue and location. You can also mark the location of 

​

the issue with a flag, stick, ect.

*IMPORTANT

Some reasons we may need someone home or access to the irrigation main valve:

​

You have a head(s) leaking constantly

​

You have a water constantly coming up from the ground.

​

You need us to program the timer

​

You have a zone(s) that will not turn on or off

​

Installations

Typically we will require access to the house/building for the duration of the project. If we 

​

cannot be left access to the site we will require someone to be there for access to water 

​

and garage(or wherever controller will be located)
